Every order ships fully tracked and insured. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Prices are in US dollars, and duties and surcharges are prepaid, so there's nothing extra to pay when your box arrives.
Shopping from outside the US? Our worldwide store at mysteryshirtinabox.com ships to the UK, Europe and most other countries.
Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from receiving your order to ask for a return. You can choose one of three options:
- Exchange. Exchanges are free. If we made a mistake with your order, we cover the shipping. If you're exchanging for style or personal taste, you cover the shipping. For a size exchange we'll try to match the jersey you received, but stock doesn't always allow it. A swap for a different team's jersey can only be done once.
- Store credit. A full refund as store credit, plus a bonus toward your next order.
- Refund. A refund to your original payment, minus a handling fee. If we made a mistake with your order, you get a full refund.
To start a return or exchange, use our returns portal. It gives you a label to print and put on the box. Jerseys must come back in the condition you received them, with the tags on.
