Refund policy
At Shirt in a Box, our priority is for you to have a shirt you're happy with!
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Our returns policy is broken down into three options:
Exchanges — We offer a free exchange for any shirt you're unhappy with. If there was an error with your order, we'll cover the cost of shipping. If the exchange is based on style or personal taste, we ask you to cover return shipping.
Store Credit — Any return with this option gets a full refund plus a bonus that can go towards a new order.
Direct Refund — Return your shirt within the 30-day window and we'll provide a direct refund.
To start a return or exchange, head to our Returns Portal, choose your option, and we'll issue a returns label to print and attach to your box.
If you'd like to exchange for a different size, we'll try to match the shirt you received, though due to stock limits this isn't always possible. If you'd prefer a different team's shirt, we can exchange this once. You must return the shirt in the condition you received it, with tags attached.
